Please book 1–2 days ahead. If you need to cancel or reschedule, message on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before your slot so another pet can take the time.

Vaccination & health
Pets should be up to date on core vaccinations where applicable. Please share any skin conditions, injuries, or recent illness when you book so we can groom safely.
Temperament & safety
We work calmly with nervous pets. If your dog or cat has bite history or strong fear of dryers/clippers, tell us in advance — we may adjust the session or recommend a shorter first visit.
Pricing
Listed ranges are guides. Coat condition, matting, and breed styling can change the final amount. You’ll get a clear quote before we start.
Hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Sunday by appointment. Hours are appointment-led. Confirm your slot when booking — especially for Sundays.
